Whether you are new to fitness or an elite athlete, Body Physiques Inner Athlete Boot Camp will challenge you to reach a new level of fitness.  Each workout will  push  you beyond your limitations to reach your ultimate fitness goals.  While we work on your cosmetic goals we will in the process build your endurance, increase your strength, build core strength,flexibility,tone and shape your muscles, and help you to reach a new level of fitness and athleticism. All levels are WELCOMED!
Workouts will be held outside in the park and led by certified Fitness Expert and Trainer Tammie Leady, who will lead you through FUNctional, intense, fat burning workouts.  Each workout will consists of strength and endurance training, drills, obstacle course, core conditioning, flexibility and balance exercises. To achieve these goals participants will utilize weights, body weight, resistance bands and other tools to maximize results and to UNLEASH your Inner Athlete!
